Bio

Belinda Hermawan is a Pushcart-nominated writer whose short fiction has been published by Overland, Cosmonauts Avenue, Pigeon Pages, Split Lip Magazine, Westerly, Going Down Swinging and elsewhere. She is an alumnus of UWA Law School. 

Belinda is represented by Katelyn Detweiler of Jill Grinberg Literary Management.

Her creative development includes: Barrelhouse Short Fiction Workshop with Dave Housley, the Centre for Stories’ Indian Ocean Mentoring Project, Winter Tangerine’s “Sing That Love Dovesong” workshop, and Parsons School of Design Summer School.

Belinda has served on the Australian Short Story Festival committee and was formerly at Writing WA. She is also a visual arts critic for Seesaw Magazine.

She lives in Perth, Australia.
